Manchester man Andy Carthy aka Mr Scruff has been enchanting dance floors with his eclectic soul sorcery for the best part of 25 years.
His marathon sets have earned him a place in dance floor folklore, and he’s just celebrated the 15th anniversary of his monthly residency ‘Keep it Unreal’ and the release of his 5th album, Friendly Bacteria, on Ninja Tune.
Zen Yates-Fill caught up with Mr Scruff, drying out after yet another damp Glastonbury Festival.
