Jason Moon talks to DJ, producer, record label owner, music consultant and broadcaster Chris Tubbs in London and and finds out why he knows way too much about disco.

This audio is not downloadable due to copyright restrictions.

He's DJ-ed from Paris to Prague and is known for being a connoisseur of super boutique dance music. For over a decade, ex-Wellingtonian, Chris Tubbs has survived London's quickly changing musical landscape balancing roles as DJ, producer, record label owner, music consultant and broadcaster.

Changing with the times has been key for Chris and since starting his blog Heads Down two years ago the social media world has open up for him. He juggles private DJ-ing, is the UK ambassador for DJ software pioneers Serato and presents Basement Sessions, an online music show for UK fashion label All Saints.
