The late 70s era of Australian contemporary music was dominated by a band who's humble beginnings in Taumaranui soon catalysed "Ponsonby Rock" and fermented a legend before crossing the Tasman to become fully fledged oz rock royalty. Dragon was a union blessed with charisma, arrogant energy and an incisive rock vision.
In part two of this exclusive interview Todd details Dragon's self destruction after a disastrous trip to America. Then in 1982, the band staged a successful career comeback in the face of bankruptcy. But the curse of Dragon struck one last time.
