Justice officials blamed judges for collapse of digital project

Judges have been blamed for the demise of an 18 million dollar project aimed at fast-tracking the judiciary into the hi-tech world. An internal advisory document obtained by Radio New Zealand features criticism of judges from a Ministry of Justice official for their approach to the e-bench project.
