Mother looks for answers 3 years after CTV building collapse

The plight of Alec Cvetanov was central to the CTV building inquiry. His wife was unable to be rescued despite her making several calls to him and emergency services as she was trapped in the rubble. Marlene Sumalpong's 25 year old daughter, Rhea, was also in the CTV building.
