PM prepares to discuss new NZ flag

The Prime Minister is giving a speech at Victoria University today at which he says he'll discuss the idea of holding a referendum on changing the flag. Dick Frizzell, the artist who's been looking at an alternative flag design for 25 years, and Don McIver, the national president of the Returned and Services Association, join Morning Report.
