Fiji's new military commander will uphold constitution

Fiji's new military commander says it is up to New Zealand and Australia to make the first move to improve relations between the military forces. Brigadier-General Mosese Tikoitoga was promoted to head the Fijian miltary after Frank Bainimarama yesterday stepped down to contest elections.
