Christchurch begins another massive clean up
Christchurch is beginning yet another massive clean up, as the aftermath of its 'once in a century' flood becomes clear. About 600 homes are facing a second day without power, crews are out clearing roads, and homeowners are picking through innundated homes in the wake of the massive flooding as the Heathcote and Avon rivers burst their banks, and storm water systems failed under pressure.
