High level meeting on Ukraine in Paris

Russia is refusing to withdraw forces from Ukraine's Crimea region following a day of top-level diplomatic talks. The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met with his counterparts from the United States, Britain, Germany and France as well as the French President Francois Hollande in Paris.
