Secret pay rise splits Hawke's Bay councillors

The Chairman of the Hawke's Bay Regional Council, Fenton Wilson, has confirmed the majority of councillors were planning to only release the detail of a 29 percent pay rise for the head of the Ruataniwha Dam project in the council's annual report later this year.
