ACT Party adamant it is still a political force

The ACT Party is adamant it can survive its latest drama and retain a presence in Parliament. The party's leader and sole MP, John Banks will leave Parliament next year after a High Court judge ruled he should stand trial for making a false return during the 2010 Mayoral campaign.
