Disease rate among NZ children criticised in UN report

A United Nations report published today criticises New Zealand for failing to meet its obligations to children. New Zealand ratified the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child 20 years ago but a Unicef New Zealand report says progress on meeting its goals has been slow and patchy.
