Opposition parties say Banks' political career is all but dead

Opposition parties say the ACT Party leader John Banks' political career is all but over. A High Court judge has upheld a District Court decision and ruled Mr Banks should stand trial in the High Court for making a false electoral return during his 2010 Auckland mayoral bid.
