Sri Lanka accused of taking advantage of botulism scare

The Trade Minister says competitors in Sri Lanka are trying to take advantage of Fonterra's botulism scare. The Sri Lankan government has ordered Fonterra to recall two types of Anchor products, claiming tests show the milk was contaminated by dicyandiamde, or DCD.
