Crown to defend Justice Minister's handling of Bain bid

Crown Lawyers will today defend the Justice Minister Judith Collins's handling of David Bain's compensation bid. Mr Bain's lawyers are asking for the advice she received about a report on the bid, which said that on the balance of probabilities, David Bain was innocent.
