Dunne will push for more changes to controversial GCSB bill

The independent MP Peter Dunne says an oversight panel for the GCSB is a good start, but it's not enough in itself to secure his support for new legislation. The Government's working to build enough support to pass the bill, which would allow the GCSB to legally spy on New Zealanders.
