Church questions plan to restore Christ Church cathedral

The Anglican Church is disputing the safety of a plan put forward by a Christchurch group wanting to restore Christ Church cathedral. The Great Christchurch Buildings Trust announced that the cathedral could be repaired in a quarter of the time and a third of the price the church is proposing.
