Army charged over soldier's death

The Army is being taken to court over the death of Private Michael Ross who drowned when he fell from an inflatable boat into Lake Moawhango near Waiouru during a training exercise in September last year. Discussing the charges is the former chief of the army, the retired Major-General Lou Gardiner.
