Iwi leaders play role at Waitangi

Iwi leaders are meeting in Waitangi and it's fair to say they arrive with a lot more clout than in the recent past. Treaty settlements have left some iwi as major economic players and that has created problems of its own, with some members saying they've been left behind as tribal leaders pursue a corporate path.
