Iwi in Bay of Plenty say it's re-assuring that contamination of kaimoana along the coastline from heavy fuel oil, has all but disappeared; A Maori child advocacy organisation says the Government's White Paper on Vulnerable Children doesn't go far enough; The Chairman of an Eastern Bay of Plenty iwi collective, doesn't want to see water flowing in all the rivers given away through water rights, so that there's nothing left for tangata whenua; The Mental Health Foundation says social media are becoming an important tool to help young people including rangatahi, cope with issues such as depression.
