Police were worried three years ago about sexual predator

A few minutes ago I spoke to the police officer in charge of the current investigation Detective Senior Sergeant Kevin Burke. He has reviewed the initial 2009 investigation. Mr Burke says the original investigation was carried out to the fullest.
