Bequest means Federer win $200,000 boon for Oxfam

It wasn't just Roger Federer who was in seventh heaven after his record-equalling win at the Wimbledon tennis championships. Thanks to a bequest, the British charity Oxfam was holding a betting slip that promised to pay 100 thousand pounds -- that's two hundred thousand dollars -- if Federer won the tournament for a seventh time.
