Women's Refuge says minsiter had prior knowledge of problems

The National Women's Refuges Collective says, contrary to her comments to Radio New Zealand, the Associate Social Development Minister Tariana Turia was informed of serious problems at a Palmerston North Maori Women's Refuge.
