The Crown body which funds tertiary institutions is being told it's at risk of infringing Te Tiriti o Waitangi. The head of a Rotorua Maori cultural centre says its newly appointed chief executive will help put a stop to a drop in visitor numbers. A project designed to improve the oral health of children particularly Maori and Pacific Islanders, has won the Supreme Award, at the inaugural Hawke's Bay Health Awards.
