Retailers hurting as more New Zealanders turn to the internet

Almost half of New Zealanders are now using the internet to shop, and that's hurting retailers. A new report published by PricewaterhouseCoopers and Frost & Sullivan says online shopping now accounts for 5.1% of all retail sales, and it's growing.
