Olly Barrett on the phone hacking scandal

Media tycoon Rupert Murdoch has told a British parliamentary select committee he cannot be held responsible for the phone-hacking scandal at one of his UK newspapers, but apologised saying he was humbled to have to explain his firm's conduct to MPs.
