Hawke's Bay struggling to deal with effects of storms

Hawke's Bay is still struggling to deal with the effects of last week's severe storms. Schools in Wairoa will be closed today while the council tries to restore water supplies. A state of emergency remains in place in central Hawke's Bay - that will be reviewed by Civil Defence this morning.
