Plans for rahui, protest flotilla over Kaipara tidal project

Maori in Northland plan to impose a rahui - or activity ban - on the Kaipara Harbour to stop work on a tidal power station. Crest Energy has government approval to put up to 200 turbines in the harbour to generate electricity.
