PM to announce Canterbury Recovery Agency

The Prime Minister travels to Christchurch today to announce the structure and head of a new authority which will oversee the quake recovery effort. The process for setting up the authority has already come under fire from the Labour Party - which says the Government has not consulted with the Canterbury people.
