Annual regatta highlight of Auckland's Anniversary Day

Nearly a third of the country is on holiday, celebrating Auckland and Northland Anniversary Day. One of the mainstays of the anniversary, and a highlight of the maritime calendar, is the annual racing regatta - which is in its one hundred and seventy first year.
