Government needs to take another look at new Aid fund

Aid agencies are criticising a new Government grants scheme, after more than half of their applications were rejected. The first decisions of the Sustainable Development Fund have just been notified. The New Zealand Aid programme approved $40 million worth of projects, but rejected 60 of the 104 applications.
