A former soap star and mayoral candidate is ruffling feathers with his comments that the drug"P"should be decrimalised. Simon Prast admits to taking the drug and says it's hypocritical to ban methamphetamine when people can still get drunk and beat their wives and while the government profits from tobacco taxes.
