Reserve Bank Governor warns of dark clouds on the horizon

The Reserve Bank Governor is warning of major economic problems if households don't reduce debt. Alan Bollard says New Zealand's debt levels are amongst the highest in the world and the country could be severely punished by international markets if things aren't brought under control.
