Phil Goff swings axe in response to misuse of credit cards

The Labour Party leader, Phil Goff, wants all Ministerial credit cards removed, in the wake of revelations of inappropriate use. Three former Labour ministers - Shane Jones, Chris Carter and Mita Ririnui - have been demoted and stripped of their major portfolios, as punishment for mis-using their cards.
