UK Election: High level negotiations 'shouldn't be rushed'

Britain's highest-ranking civil servant, Sir Gus O'Donnell, has advised caution on the rapid transfer of power, and is reportedly looking to New Zealand's Cabinet Manual for guidance. A political science professor at Victoria University, Nigel Roberts, says British voters just aren't used to uncertainty after an election.
