New visa and passport regulations now in place in UK

New visa and passport regulations have officially come into effect in the UK. Almost all visitors will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation, or present proof of their British citizenship. Travel correspondent Simon Calder spoke to Corin Dann.
