Russia launches biggest attack on Ukraine so far this year

Russia has launched what Ukraine says is its most powerful attack this year on the country's energy system - firing missiles and drones at power plants and infrastructure. The BBC's Eurpoe correspondent James Waterhouse spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
