Ukraine President condemns massive Russian bombardment

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky has condemned another massive Russian bombardment in Ukraine, which he says has been carried out 'as if there are no global efforts to stop this war'. BBC's Security Correspondent Frank Gardner spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
