Real estate stats show reduction in number of houses on market for third straight month

Real estate stats for July have just been released, showing a reduction in the number of houses on the market for the third straight month, with most listings coming in below the national average asking price. Spokesperson Vanessa Williams spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
