Greenpeace on govt ending oil and gas ban

The government is scrapping the oil and gas ban, and in a last-minute move, has handed cleanup cost decisions to ministers. Greenpeace Aotearoa Executive Director Russel Norman spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
