Chatbots being used for emotional support and advice

A survey of a 1000 children and 2000 parents in the UK has found that chatbots - like ChatGPT - are being used for emotional support, advice, and companionship. Parenting coach and neuroscience educator Nathan Wallis spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
