UNICEF criticise US backed aid centre in Gaza

In Gaza, a US backed aid centre is being fiercely criticised by humanitarian organisations, while truckloads of aid remain blocked at the border. UNICEF spokesperson James Elder spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
