The Canadian Liberal Party has won a fourth consecutive term. The party is now led by prime minister Mark Carney following Justin Trudeau's resignation earlier this year. Ottawa's The Globe and Mail Senior Parliamentary Reporter Steven Chase spoke to Alexa Cook.
