A private investigator says there are three likely outcomes from the upcoming Court of Appeal hearing into the killing of Deane Fuller-Sandys.Tim McKinnel became intrigued by the case after being asked to review it in 2018 for the Gone Fishing podcast, and joined the team as an investigator. Crown lawyers have now admitted there was a miscarriage of justice in the trials that saw Gail Maney and Stephen Stone convicted of murder.McKinnel spoke to Corin Dann.
