A small New Zealand study has found a popular tampon brand contains chemicals linked to health problems, including endometriosis, infertility and cancers.
The research was commissioned by a company making organic sanitary products and has yet to be peer-reviewed.
But the world-renowned scientist behind it says the findings are surprising and warrant further investigation.
