More than 300 build-to-rent homes are set to be built next to Ellerslie Racecourse after a KiwiSaver provider bought the land.
Simplicity is now the owner of a 1.4-hectare block of land in Remuera.
Managing director Sam Stubbs says it's the type of project KiwiSaver funds should be investing in.
