Experts and former members of the Jehovah's Witness church fear it will continue to evade accountability over multiple allegations of child sex abuse.
RNZ has revealed at least 11 active members of the church are either accused, convicted or self-confessed paedophiles.
But the church is trying to escape the scrutiny of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care.
