The International Atomic Energy Agency is set to meet with Pacific leaders in Rarotonga this week, with most Pacific nations unhappy about the impending release of treated nuclear wastewater into the ocean.
Japan is set to discharge the wastewater from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, but there has been a backlash from Pacific leaders.
