Commuters in Wellington are facing big delays from this morning with trains on the network operating at reduced speeds.
The trains are running at a maximum of 70 kilometres per hour, because a KiwiRail track assessment car has broken down and can't ensure the network is safe.
That's halved the number of trains operating today and possibly until the end of the week.
