The trial in the $2.5b (NZD) defamation suit involving Dominion Voting Systems and Fox News is still waiting to get underway.
Opening statements are set to begin this morning but have been delayed with no explanation as to why from court staff.
This follows another hold up yesterday when the trail was meant to start but was pushed out a day by the judge who also didn't say why.
However, it's widely believed a settlement has been under discussion.
Another issue contributing to the delay could be that an ex-Fox News producer announced last night she has found more evidence relevant to the case.
